Adding funds and checking payment status

Your panel balance is used to pay for accepted orders. Always follow the payment instructions shown in your own account.

Choose an available payment method

Sign in and open Add funds. Choose a method configured for this panel, enter the amount and follow the displayed instructions. Payment options can differ between panels.

Wait for verification

Creating a payment request or QR code is not confirmation that a payment was completed. Your balance is credited after the transaction is verified. Check the payment status before creating another request.

Keep the transaction reference

If your bank reports success but the panel balance has not updated, keep the transaction reference, amount and payment time. A screenshot can help support investigate.

Get help through Tickets

Open a support ticket from your account if the payment remains unresolved. Include the transaction reference and relevant details, but never share payment passwords, card secrets or private codes.
